Leading The Herd
Educational Platform

Structuring
The Future

Building a platform for a leading training body means handling complexity without overwhelming the student. Athena Herd offers everything from Level 2 Certificates to Level 7 Diplomas. We did not want a cluttered list of PDFs; we wanted a clear educational pathway. We engineered a Drupal 11 architecture that organises these extensive course outlines into a navigable hierarchy, allowing prospective students to understand their journey from enrolment to accreditation instantly.

Visualising
The Pathway

Education is an investment, and clarity is key to conversion. We moved away from text-heavy descriptions and designed a clean, card-based interface for course selection. Key details—like pricing, levels, and modules—are presented upfront in a digestible format. This "at-a-glance" design simplifies the decision-making process, guiding users naturally from browsing to clicking "Enroll Today".

Connecting
The Community

A foundation is built on people, not just policies. We wanted to bring the "Herd" to the forefront. We developed a dedicated "Community" and "Team" section that highlights the human expertise behind the brand. From the interactive team profiles to the community initiative blogs, the site serves as a vibrant hub that connects practitioners, fostering a sense of belonging rather than just a transactional relationship.

Sharing
The Knowledge

As thought leaders in the equine-assisted space, Athena possesses a wealth of content. We built a custom digital repository for their Concordia magazine, transforming their back catalogue into an accessible library. This functionality positions the site not just as a place to buy a course, but as an authoritative resource centre where professionals can return constantly to stay updated with the latest industry insights.
