The Network

Managing multiple physical locations on a single digital platform can often lead to a cluttered user experience. We solved this by engineering a "micro-site" architecture within a master Drupal 11 build. Each branch—such as the Dainfern location—functions as a dedicated hub with its own specific details, while remaining anchored to the central brand. This allows the client to scale their footprint indefinitely without diluting the core identity.

"How much space do I actually need?" is the most common barrier to booking. We replaced abstract square meterage with clarity. We integrated custom 3D renders directly into the unit selection pages, visually demonstrating that a 15m² unit fits a 2-3 bedroom house, while a 7m² unit handles a 1/4 size garage. It removes the guesswork, empowering the customer to choose the right size immediately.

The Assets

Self-storage is an industry built entirely on trust. We translated their physical security measures into digital reassurance. The site features dedicated sections detailing their AI-monitored CCTV and robust perimeter electric fencing. By clearly presenting these protection layers, we convert a simple "storage" query into a confirmed booking based on peace of mind.

Simplifying
The Quote

We streamlined the enquiry process to ensure no lead is lost to administrative confusion. Instead of a generic contact form, we built a branch-specific workflow. When a user requests a quote, the system captures their specific unit preference and routes the lead to the correct branch team. It turns a complex logistics query into a simple, structured connection.
