We developed "The Brain"—a custom Drupal-based intranet designed to be the central nervous system of Corpnet. The core function is robust Work Ticket management. Staff can now track jobs with granular precision, monitoring status updates (from "Job Accepted" to "Outwork") and communicating via ticket-specific comments. The interface provides an instant, colour-coded snapshot of what is on time, what is delayed, and exactly who is responsible.

Efficiency is nothing without culture. We ensured "The Brain" served the people, not just the process. The platform digitises internal HR requests, making applying for leave or overtime as simple as a few clicks. It also fosters connection through a company directory that highlights colleagues' birthdays and extensions, and a dedicated Resource Centre for essential software and branded assets.
